Nisterhammer Maschinenbau GmbH develops and produces special machinery and equipment for wet chemical treatment of metal surfaces.

In the cold rolling industry sector, we clean steel and non-ferrous strips with a width of between just a few millimetres and 2.9m, and a thickness of 1/100 to 10mm using chemical, electrolytic and mechanical cleaning methods.
Our strip cleaning equipment is used in finishing lines, painting systems, hot dipping lines and continuous annealing.

We supply chemical and mechanical components for stainless steel pickling lines, brushing and polishing brushing machines, as well as complete pickling sections including the entire process chemistry.
